Did anyone else read my last post? A couple of people who caught it before it disappeared told me they couldn't leave comments on the new post. I saved it and published it, I even edited it, but when I went back later it vanished! I don't think blogger likes me. But, I love to blog! My hubby got me this cute little sticky pad. He actually got me an identical one last Christmas, when I talked about starting a blog all of the time. I misplaced it somewhere around this computer, though.
Well, the HP people are going to fix my camera situation. I wrote about it breaking on the vanishing post. I really can't afford a new camera right now, and with three kids, and a knit addiction, I need one!
We painted our living room walls this weekend. I can't show a picture. (Camera's broken!) We chose Gold Strike, and Daisy Mae. One wall is dark golden yellow, and the lighter Daisy color is up on the other three walls. In a few days we will put dark stripes on the lighter walls. It didn't take too long, because our walls are mostly windows, or doors. I like it! When my new camera comes, then I'll post a pic or two. If blogger will let me!
My friend not blogless Cindy brought some goodies from her visit downstate. She brought me a scale from her mom. I weighed myself on it, and it says I have lost 10 more pounds! I'm not really feeling like it, but I hope it's right. We balanced it out and everything.
I got almost no knitting done this weekend, since I was busy painting. Lil' Ar and I did get a gift done that she started on her knitting loom for her cousin. His birthday is coming up.
Hopefully I'll have something more interesting to post about soon. Good stuff, universe! Please.

Ack! Sorry to hear about your camera!
Ours took a crapper too. We'd had it just over a year when it started eating batteries. I actually blamed Deb for leaving the shutter opened, several times. When i figured out that it was the camera acting up and not her, i felt like an ass and apologized to her. It will cost about $150 to fix it, that's more than we paid for it and we can't afford a new one now, so i just take the batteries in and out of it. Kind of a pain, but it's better than nothing.
I wanna see some pics of that pinwheel blanket! Wahhhhhhh!! LOL!! ;)

that sticky pad is cute! :) I knitted enough for the two of us I think. I finished that mystery dishcloth a few hours ago and mind you I was only on row 17 before I found the pattern (which has 55 rows!!) So don't worry. I had you covered this weekend!
Blogger has been misbehavin' again. I couldn't publish anything on my blog this weekend. Although the K1B2 one was ok. People couldn't leave comments though. Hopefully it's sorted, for now at least!
Congrats on the weight loss! Can't wait to see the pictures of your painting.
I did see your last post (I know I didn't imagine it) but had a lot of trouble with blogger this weekend, esp. when it came to trying to leave comments, it just didn't want me to.
Living room looks GREAT. V ery cheery. Will be a great room to knit in. My sewing studio is a butter cream yellow. Happy color.
Congrats on the weight loss. Thought your face looked thinner but with new glasses I wasn't sure:)
Cute notepad!
Yay for painting--not the easiest thing in the world for me at all! I'm glad HP is fixing your camera. Hope you get it back soon!
Congrats on the 10lbs!!! Oh, and on the living room painting... I hope it went well, and I can't wait to see pictures! Sending good universe thoughts your way. :)
I couldn't publish to blogger all weekend either!
I tried saving a test post to K1B2 and it worked so I assumed it was just my blog that was down.
I sent an email to blogger and 10 mins later it was fixed!
